Who We Serve

We work with two kinds of companies, and the difference is not industry. It is how much marketing capability you have in-house.

Owner-operators

You run a consumer-facing business, and there is no marketing team: there is you, after close. Restaurants, retail shops, clinics, local services; the verticals are examples, not boundaries. Method becomes your marketing capability: we read what is happening, decide with you, and do the work. You get the seeing, the deciding, and the doing without having to become a marketer.

Mid-market teams

You have a small marketing team doing real work without senior air cover. The channels run, but nobody can say with confidence what is working or what to do next quarter. Method makes your team senior: the intelligence cycle, the leverage, and enablement built in, so the capability transfers to your people instead of accruing to us.

The shared condition is the same in both rooms: you cannot see what is working, the marketing is fragmented, and nobody senior is thinking about it. That is the gap Method closes. Enterprise marketing organizations with agency rosters are not who we built this for, and we will say so.

Some of the work is B2B, and the Method does not change when it is. A buying committee is still made of people: people with motivations, friction points, and a Tuesday afternoon. We build the same system around them, and we measure it the same way, in pipeline instead of carts. If your buyer signs a contract instead of a receipt, the conversation works the same.

Where to start

The honest filter is the Clarity Diagnostic. If paying a fixed fee to see your marketing clearly sounds like a waste, we are not the right fit. If it sounds overdue: Edition 1 for owner-run businesses is $3,500 and takes 10 business days; Edition 2 for companies with marketing teams is $8,500 and takes 3 to 4 weeks. Everything in it belongs to you either way.
