What We Do

Systems, not tactics. Three engagements, in order: clarity first, then the build, then a system that compounds. Everything we make belongs to you.
The Clarity Diagnostic
The front door to working with Method. A decision document, not an audit report: what is happening, what it means, and what to do about it, in that order, ending in a working session with the founders.
Every diagnostic includes a demand snapshot, a visibility scorecard with an AI-answer audit (screenshots of what ChatGPT and Google's AI actually say when your customers ask about your category), a walkthrough of your website the way a buyer experiences it, and a competitive read against three named competitors. Findings arrive in plain English, each one sized so you can tell a leak from an annoyance, and what is already working gets named too. The plan at the end is a prioritized 90-day action list with two columns: what Method would do, and what you can do yourself.
Everything in the document belongs to you either way. We take on a limited number of diagnostics each month.
Edition 1: for owner-run businesses
You run the business; the marketing runs on whatever time is left. Edition 1 reads your whole picture and hands you the decisions. 15 to 20 designed pages plus a 60 to 90 minute working session, delivered in 10 business days. $3,500.
Edition 2: for companies with marketing teams
Everything in Edition 1 at company scale, 30 to 40 pages, plus a stack and data audit with an attribution reality check, a team and process assessment built on stakeholder conversations, a measurement framework your team keeps, a two-quarter roadmap, and an executive readout. Delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. $8,500.
What the fixed price covers
Edition 1 covers one coverage area: a market, a product line, or a use case. Edition 2 covers three, plus three segments traced end to end from ad click to sales record. More coverage areas are $500 each, more traced segments $750, agreed before you sign.
The founding series
The first three to four diagnostics in each edition run at $2,000 (Edition 1) and $5,000 (Edition 2), in exchange for an approved, documented case study. It is a trade, not a discount. Founding pricing ends when the slots are used, not on a date.
The credit
Half of what you paid credits toward a Build engagement signed within about 60 days. Clarity should pay for itself.
Build
Whatever the diagnostic surfaces, Build is where it gets made. Four engagement types, each scoped from a completed diagnostic and priced to the problem:
- Brand and creative system. The identity, the voice, and the creative platform your marketing runs on.
- Web and experience. The site or digital experience that turns attention into customers.
- Campaign system. Paid and organic built and instrumented as one system, so you can see what every dollar did.
- Automation and AI capability. The operations layer: automation, data plumbing, and AI your team actually uses, including the Applied AI practice. Client-funded, client-staffed, client-owned.
Every Build ends with a handover: documentation, credentials, training. Ownership is a deliverable, not a courtesy.
Evolve
Marketing that gets smarter every cycle. One retainer per kind of client, three-month minimum.
- For owner-run businesses: Method as your marketing capability. A monthly intelligence report in plain English, the execution behind it, and system tuning, with your diagnostic re-run quarterly so the compounding is visible, not claimed.
- For teams: the senior layer. The same intelligence cycle run with your team, plus optimization, quarterly planning with leadership, and enablement, so the capability transfers to you instead of accruing to us.
Questions, answered
What does the Clarity Diagnostic cost?
Edition 1 is $3,500 and Edition 2 is $8,500, fixed. The founding series (three to four engagements per edition) runs at $2,000 and $5,000 in exchange for an approved, documented case study.
How long does it take?
Edition 1 is delivered in 10 business days. Edition 2 takes 3 to 4 weeks. Both end in a working session, not an emailed PDF.
What happens after the diagnostic?
Three honest options: sign a Build (half of what you paid credits toward it within about 60 days), run the plan yourself using the DIY column, or do nothing, in which case you still own a document that names your leaks and your priorities.
Who owns what Method builds?
You do. Systems, data, creative, and AI capability are handed over with documentation, credentials, and training. Dependency is not our business model.
