The challenge Universal Whisky Experience runs elite events like Nth in Las Vegas and the Whisky Odyssey weekends. The in-person experience was world-class; the websites and digital marketing were not. The sites felt dated for the clientele, and the marketing was not reaching enough of the right high-net-worth audience.
What we did We rebuilt both event sites for a luxurious, frictionless experience, responsive and easy to book. We ran precision advertising against affluent whisky audiences using lookalike and lifestyle data. Then we executed a two-phase email program: a curated sequence to warm new prospects, and personalized re-engagement for past attendees with loyalty perks and early access.
The results - Ticket sales up 25%, attributed to the digital overhaul - 90% user satisfaction with the redesigned sites - A surge of high-quality leads from previously unreached collectors, plus strong repeat attendance
