The challenge The Tradition needed a steady flow of qualified inquiries across multiple senior-living communities, with the efficiency and reporting to know what was working in each market.

What we did We ran paid media across Google and Meta, audited and improved conversion paths, built a lead-magnet drip to nurture inquiries, and reported quarterly against real outcomes. The work spanned audit, activation, and optimization, tuned per community.

The results (Jul to Oct 2025) - Google Ads: 126,000 impressions, 8,556 clicks, 693 conversions at an 8.1% conversion rate, with cost per conversion down about 20% and conversions up about 24% - Meta: 951,000 impressions and 19,601 clicks at a 2.06% CTR and $0.46 CPC - Site engagement: 9,995 sessions and 7,254 users at a 62.6% engagement rate
