The challenge

The rebuild gave Surface Armor a site that looked as serious as its products. The next job was demand: qualified leads from the industrial segments that matter (glass, metals, stone), at a cost the business could scale, in a search market where national suppliers outbid regional specialists.

What we did

We ran the growth program as a system on top of the new site. Google Ads campaigns organized by product vertical, including Spanish-language and B2B-focused segments, with monthly optimization against cost per lead. A sustained SEO program of link building, content optimization, and directory outreach targeted the industry's high-intent terms. GA4 measurement tied it together, and a monthly performance report kept every number and decision on the table.

The results (summer 2025)

  • Monthly lead volume up 27% in two months, from 126 in June to about 160 in August
  • Cost per lead down about 17% over the same period
  • Paid search click-through rates holding between 7.6% and 7.9%
  • Six consecutive months of organic visibility growth through July
  • 291 first-page keyword rankings, with number-one rankings climbing from 57 to 67 over the summer
  • Net keyword position gains of about 1,291 in June alone

The rebuild made the site credible. The program made it produce, and it got more efficient as it grew.
